Take a pause from the noise of everyday life and step into a week of gentle exploration — where yoga and systemic self-experience open space for rest & growth.
Set in the serene Eifel forest in Belgium, the retreat takes place at the beautiful Vakantiehuis Igelmondermühle.
What to Expect
During the retreat, you’ll follow a carefully curated daily rhythm that nurtures body, mind, and soul:
- Morning yoga sessions to gently awaken the body – led by Pritam
- Brunch to nourish and ground
- Systemic workshop spaces for self-reflection, dialogue, and deep inner work – led by Miriam

Who My Retreats Are For
Feel It All is open to everyone interested in personal development and systemic self-exploration. A bit of prior yoga experience is helpful.
Since this retreat is not part of the therapeutic process and I take professional role clarity seriously to create a safe framework, it may not always be suitable for clients who are currently in therapy with me.
